Ac-Exatecan(CAT: I040438) is an acetylated derivative of Exatecan (DX-8951, HY-13631), a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor widely utilized as a cytotoxic payload in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). By interfering with DNA replication and transcription, Ac-Exatecan exerts strong antiproliferative effects, making it suitable for targeted cancer therapy development.
