AC-4-130(Cat No.:I021246)is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting STAT5 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5), a transcription factor frequently dysregulated in hematologic malignancies such as leukemia. By disrupting STAT5 phosphorylation and dimerization, AC-4-130 impairs its nuclear translocation and transcriptional activity, leading to reduced expression of oncogenic target genes. It has shown strong antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in preclinical models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other STAT5-driven cancers. AC-4-130 serves as a promising therapeutic candidate and a valuable tool for studying STAT5-mediated oncogenic signaling and targeted cancer therapy.
