ABM-14 (Cat No.: I045461) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the protein–protein interaction between MDM2 and p53, a key regulatory axis controlling cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. By blocking MDM2 binding, ABM-14 stabilizes and activates p53, promoting transcription of genes involved in tumor suppression. It is studied in oncology research for its potential to restore p53 function in cancers with wild-type TP53 but overexpressed MDM2. ABM-14 serves as a valuable chemical probe for investigating p53 signaling pathways and developing targeted anticancer therapeutics based on MDM2 inhibition.
