6,7-Dinitroquinoxaline-2,3-dione (Cat No.:R000094) is a potent and selective antagonist of AMPA and kainate-type ionotropic glutamate receptors. Widely used in neuroscience research, DNQX helps elucidate excitatory neurotransmission mechanisms and the role of glutamate in synaptic plasticity, learning, and neurodegenerative diseases.
