4-CMTB(Cat No.:I010996)is a selective small-molecule agonist of the formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2/ALX), a G-protein–coupled receptor involved in inflammation and immune regulation. By activating FPR2, 4-CMTB modulates neutrophil chemotaxis, cytokine release, and the resolution of inflammatory responses. It has been widely studied for its ability to promote pro-resolving pathways and attenuate excessive inflammation. Due to its specificity and potency, 4-CMTB is employed in research exploring innate immunity, inflammatory disease mechanisms, and the therapeutic potential of FPR2 modulation in conditions such as asthma, arthritis, and cardiovascular disorders.
