3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (Cat No.: I047474) is a bifunctional silane coupling agent commonly used to enhance adhesion between organic polymers and inorganic surfaces, such as glass, ceramics, or metals. It contains a methacrylate group that can polymerize with resins and a trimethoxysilane group that reacts with hydroxyl groups on surfaces. TMSPMA is widely applied in dental materials, coatings, adhesives, and composites to improve mechanical properties and durability. It promotes chemical bonding, reduces interfacial stress, and enhances moisture resistance in hybrid materials.
