3-O-Methylquercetin(Cat No.:R054047), also known as isorhamnetin, is a naturally occurring flavonol and methylated derivative of quercetin. The addition of a methyl group at the 3-position enhances its stability, lipophilicity, and bioavailability compared to quercetin. It exhibits a wide range of biological activities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and cardioprotective effects. 3-O-Methylquercetin has been shown to modulate signaling pathways such as NF-κB and PI3K/Akt, regulate apoptosis, and protect against oxidative stress. As a bioactive flavonoid, it is studied for therapeutic potential in cancer, cardiovascular, and neurodegenerative diseases.
