11R-VIVIT TFA（Cat No.:I045794）is a synthetic peptide inhibitor that selectively blocks the interaction between NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T-cells) and calcineurin, thereby preventing NFAT dephosphorylation and nuclear translocation. The VIVIT sequence confers high specificity for calcineurin binding, while the 11-arginine (11R) sequence enhances cell penetration.
