IKK-16（Cat No.:I005258）, also known as IKK Inhibitor VII, is a selective inhibitor of IκB kinase (IKK) that targets IKK-2, IKK complex, and IKK-1 with IC50 values of 40 nM, 70 nM, and 200 nM, respectively, in cell-free assays. Additionally, IKK-16 can inhibit the phosphorylation of LRRK2 Ser935 in cells and the kinase activity of LRRK2 in vitro, demonstrating its potential as a dual inhibitor of IKK and LRRK2.
